Formed in 1989, the Lady Hot Shots are one of the longest established teams in the Greater Atlanta Women’s Soccer Association. Since their beginning, the Lady Hot Shots have embraced this philosophy, establishing a reputation and  respect from their opponents and peers, playing competitively and within the "Spirit of the Game".

The joy of competing, the appreciation of an opponent’s skills, social interaction, and the relief of stress are components of a successful sports experience. The "Spirit of the Game" includes playing within the spirit of the rules, harboring good will toward opponents and officials, and accepting responsibility for victories and defeats. A soccer match with an opponent and teammates who understand the "Spirit of the Game" is always enjoyable because it includes respect, appreciation, competition, and fun.

The Lady Hot Shots are an adult women’s competitive team for experienced players wishing to continue their playing career beyond club and college level soccer. Player eligibiliy is based on experience and roster availability.
