The Lady Hot Shots are an adult women’s team for experienced players wishing to continue their playing career beyond club  and college soccer. Formed in 1989, the Hot Shots are one of the most established teams competing in the Greater Atlanta Women’s Soccer  Association.The players are passionate, the competition is intense, and the atmosphere is fun.

What is the Over 30 Coed League?

The Over 30 Coed Soccer League is an adult league that plays a season in the Fall and the Spring.  Each season runsbetween Eight and ten weeks.  The Spring Season begins in late February/early March and ends in the middle of May. The Fall Season starts at the beginning of September and continues through the middle of November.  There are NO PRACTICES and you play one game a week on Sunday.
