Who: FREE to any player
registered in the AOE or Select program.
What is CASE: CASE
training consists of age appropriate coordination, agility, strength, speed,
and endurance activities. CASE training
is an exercise training program designed to produce fast, powerful
movements, and improve the functions of muscle memory. The general aim of CASE
training is to enhance the player’s performance in soccer. The CASE exercises
are specialized, high and low intensity training techniques used to develop
athletic power.
Participation: Players must be prepared
to attend all sessions of the course. If a player misses 2 or more sessions
without informing the instructor, then the player can be removed from the
course.
Dates: There are 2
courses. Each course consists of
approximately 5-6 sessions. The dates of
course 1 and 2 are listed below.
