Who:  FREE to any player registered in the  U8, AOE or Select program.

What is MOMMERTZ: : Mommertz technique focuses on age appropriate ball skill activities that helps the ability of the individual player to manipulate the ball effectively and to be full of confidence when in possession of the ball. Mommertz training aims are to recreate game like conditions and make the player comfortable while being a master of the ball.

Participation: Players must be prepared to attend all sessions of the course. If a player misses 2 or more sessions without informing the instructor, then the player can be removed from the course.

Dates: There are 2 courses.  Each course consists of approximately 5-6 sessions.  The dates of course 1 and 2 are listed below.

Course 1

·         Starts: The week of August 11^th 2008

·         Ends: The week of September 22^nd 2008

*No training on Labor Day, September 1^st 2008.

*No training the week of Fall Break, September 15th-19th 2008.

Course 2

·         Starts: The week of September 29^th 2008

·         Ends: The week of November 3^rd 2008
