Register: To create a user for the HCSA website, click the "Register" link in the upper left corner of the website and complete the form.

Forgot Password: If you've forgotten your password, enter your username above and click the “Password Reminder” button.  You will receive an email with your password.  Make sure to check your Junk Mail folder.

Forgot Username: If you've forgotten your username, use the feedback menu option to the left and include your email address.  Someone will send you your username and password asap.

Please save your username and password.  The same username/password will be used throughout the HCSA site for online registration, online store, etc.
